Banana Diet

Because of its high nutritional value of bananas are excluded from many diets. Also recommended for dieters to limit the use of these fruits in the afternoon.

But for fans of bananas has a special banana diet, through which the body is cleaned of toxins, toxins and excess weight goes. 
The essence of the diet
Banana diet is designed for 3 days. Daily diet consists of three bananas and three glasses of low fat yogurt.All products should be divided into 3 equal portions and eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And the last meal should be at least six or seven in the evening.

Result
During three days on a banana diet can be reset to 3-4 pounds, depending on the initial weight. The most important thing after the diet is not sharply back to the old diet and do not lean on the sweet. The transition from a banana (as well as from any other diet) should be gradual, otherwise the weight will return, and all your efforts will be wasted.
