Water

Water facts...
No matter where you live, a wet region or a dry region, pure drinking water is of utmost importance to your body. The average human has about 50 quarts of water in his or her body. Most of this water is found between the cells, bathing and lubricating them.
The wettest part of the body—blood—is 83% water; the driest – tooth enamel – is 2 percent.
Only 1% of the world’s water is drinkable, the remaining 99% is either unusable seawater or ice. There won’t be more water, or new water, just the same molecules, used or stored, evaporated or frozen, re-circulated and reused by human and beast, for better or worse, forever.

The Importance of Water...I know most of us have heard that we need to drink 8-10 glasses a day. WOW! That seems like a lot.
I know it has been hard for me to drink that much, but once I found out how much water does for me, I decided it was worth the effort...
One glass of water shuts down the midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington study. The lack of water is the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen , or on a printed page. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer.
Water:
washes our cells helps us maintain a good thinking process helps us maintain a healthy weight or lose excess weight and helps our body maintain good health in all ways
All this with the simple process of drinking good water, something we take for granted.
